Known Issues

  • If a preordered download includes a paid background, that background is not available for download when the preordered image is posted. The recommendation is to avoid charging for backgrounds on gallery sales to ensure customers can download their selected background.
  • Studio-fulfilled orders sold during proof sale that are $0 do not show on the order fulfillment report. To locate these orders, use the order lookup feature, set ‘order status last 30 days’ to ‘received’, and after searching, sort the results by retail total to find all $0.00 orders. You can then click on the order number to view the items ordered. As you handle these orders, mark them as processed to prevent duplicate orders once the main issue is resolved.

Known Issues

  • Replacing images on imago via autopost/directpost from hhschools does not move the images from one group to another. The workaround for this is to remove the images from the imago project and reupload them.
  • Groups that only contain a single group image appear in the consumer gallery in addition to the appropriate group image linked to that individual. The workaround is to add an individual image with an access code to the groups that only contain a group image with out an access code.
  • Unable to modify a proof sale where the images were uploaded before the project publish date. The workaround is to set the project publish date to before when images are uploaded.

  • Send special broadcast text not allowed in some instanced during appropriate hours.
  • The view as customer link is not working. The workaround is to click the view project button and login as the customer.
  • Marketing contacts that are converted offline (not using link in email/text) are shown as “scheduled” in the campaign table. They should not be sent, but this number is confusing as to why a certain number of scheduled emails/texts are not sent.

Known Issues

  • If charging for backgrounds, the background purchased by the customer is not appearing on the list of backgrounds to use on the downloads page. The workaround solution is to temporarily mark the background as free and download the image, then make the background chargeable again.
  • If your marketing is set to begin before the project is published, broadcasts will not be sent out. The workaround is to either change the publish date before uploading prospects or change the broadcast trigger to use publish date instead of date person added.
  • The project timeline is not automatically updating once images are uploaded to start a sale. The workaround solution is to refresh the page.

Fixes

  • The payment process was updated so that if a consumer payment had already been successfully processed, it was not charged again during retries when the studio payment failed.
  • A bug that prevented the sale end date from being changed in the sale details after the expiration date was fixed.
  • The way the Accounting Report was generated was adjusted to properly handle various specific Cancel/Refund transactions.
  • Added logic for cancel of an Imago-fulfilled order so the message “Cancel is not possible after 1 hour” is displayed correctly.
  • The price on the quotable prints in the Imago fulfilled catalog was updated from $1.61 to $2.60 to account for the mount that is included.
  • The following options were removed from question data type: Background, Packages, Pose, Style; since these pose options required special logic that is managed in the price list options page.

  • Extended the maximum characters allowed for an order fulfillment report from 100 to 250.
  • An issue that prevented the prompt for the Email field to notify consumers when a sale began before the project was published was fixed.
  • The issue that caused an incorrect Ship From State for Imago-fulfilled orders was resolved.
  • Logic was added to prevent price list changes made by the photographer from affecting the cart of any consumers actively shopping at the time the change was made.
  • The “Sale Has Not Started” prompt was removed when the project was in late presale, and images had not been uploaded yet.
  • Multiple clicks on the Create button were disabled to prevent creating multiple copies of a promotion, broadcast, price list, project preset, or project.
  • Multiple clicks on Cancel/Refund buttons in an order were disabled to prevent duplicate refunds.

Known Issues

  • Orders could not be canceled on the same day they were placed. The current workaround was to wait 24 hours and try again.
